We appreciate that you took the time to write this review. We’re certainly proud of our vision and leaders, and to hear that same pride from our colleagues is wonderful. Given the growth we’ve been through in recent years, we recognize there has been a learning curve with how our teams interact with and support one another. One of the best ways to address these barriers is by starting candid conversations. We’ve found that a little conversation can go a long way with regards to team alignment. This is especially true for our IT group, as they spent a substantial portion of 2017 integrating their resources to ensure optimal support for our customers and colleagues. They’ve implemented improved communication tactics and centralized service desk support functions to improve the colleague experience, and are partnering with a number of teams to standardize applications across multiple business groups. As with any department in our organization, our IT leaders would welcome feedback or suggestions you have. Thanks again for sharing your insights, and for your commitment to Sharecare.

Pros

Great team and benefits enable personal growth

Cons

The foundation model for their business is flawed, giving members points for being healthy is great, but often times having members take advantage of the remote aspect of the role, being rude and not following company requirements. Sharecare doesn't nullify or prevent this, causing coaches to be burdened with both angry carriers and requirements from the company. All while stressing about the metrics. Add in not fully explained job requirements until 6 months, where you are handling up to 80 calls in a day. With managers that do little to help mental and day you just need to be better.
