Pros
The office space is bright and welcoming. The culture has changed over the last couple of years, but in a good way. We have our Care Crew who keep our colleagues engaged and continue to provide fun/healthy activities. We also receive incentives, employer HSA dollars, for making healthier choices i.e. step challenges. This is a fun way to connect with other colleagues outside of your office and or department.

Loss of onsite workout classes.
