Pros
The workplace is young, energetic, friendly and kind. It feels like a fun place to work and everyone always has new projects or new developments to work on. Good pay and a great support IT staff that is very helpful to have when working in a mostly paper-free environment.
Cons
The corporate culture makes the employees and upper-management feel far removed. While the goals of the company are admirable, they are high reaching and it is hard to have an understanding of them while working on smaller task.
