Pros

Sharecare has been an incredibly enriching experience that has not only shaped my career but has also positively impacted my personal growth. I am part of community of passionate individuals dedicated to making a difference in people's lives. Sharecare is committed to innovation and cutting-edge technology in the healthcare industry. Every day presents new challenges and opportunities to contribute to groundbreaking projects that have the potential to revolutionize how we approach wellness and healthcare. The culture of innovation fosters a dynamic and stimulating work environment where creativity is encouraged, and ideas are valued. Sharecare's emphasis on collaboration creates a sense of camaraderie among colleagues. I've had the privilege of working with incredibly talented and supportive individuals who have not only helped me grow professionally but have also become lifelong friends. Beyond the professional growth opportunities, Sharecare also prioritizes employee well-being. From comprehensive healthcare benefits to wellness programs and flexible work arrangements, the company truly invests in its employees' holistic wellness. This holistic approach extends beyond physical health to encompass mental and emotional well-being, creating a supportive and nurturing work environment where employees can thrive. If you're looking for a company where you can grow both personally and professionally while making a positive impact, I wholeheartedly recommend Sharecare.

Pros

Great team and benefits enable personal growth

Cons

The foundation model for their business is flawed, giving members points for being healthy is great, but often times having members take advantage of the remote aspect of the role, being rude and not following company requirements. Sharecare doesn't nullify or prevent this, causing coaches to be burdened with both angry carriers and requirements from the company. All while stressing about the metrics. Add in not fully explained job requirements until 6 months, where you are handling up to 80 calls in a day. With managers that do little to help mental and day you just need to be better.
