Pros
Depending on managers.. mostly not micromanaged, flexible schedule, health benefits, remote. I had a good team, but the final manager before quitting micromanaged by shadowing while we worked which is frustrating when you’re trying to meet your goal. Also camera being off on team meetings were not okay which I get to an extent, but weekly sometimes more than once a week is just a lot.
Cons
Had multiple managers during my time there. Training was on camera and the trainer made us read from the slideshow taking turns which made it feel like you’re in highschool or something. Although I had a good team, nearly everyone had different ways to do things and so training seemed conflicting with what the trainers taught and what your team lead taught. Some managers were more present than others. Many layoffs and short staffed once they did it. So much work for 17/hr. Very metric based and depending on which client you’re releasing for is like near impossible to reach the incentives. Also, no real career growth and raises are like 5 cents.
