If you SOLE measure of success is learning how a high-growth business operates, you could gain this experience with appropriate exposure to the process.

I understand the typical response to these reviews is "Well, that person isn't there anymore so they are going to review this through a jaded lens". Below is a completely honest review of this business..... The company's obsession with growth comes at a significant human cost. Employees are expected to sustain unrealistic pace for extended periods, and burnout is almost guaranteed. Regardless of changes to "Culture Code" or buzz words to make this extra effort feel "sexy", the company culture values output rather than building a sustainably strong workforce. Job security is minimal and even high performers will disappear overnight as the business shift priorities or simply never gave the employee a path to role success. If you are looking for a place that values loyalty, mentorship, stability or strong Executive leadership, this is not it. There is a deep seeded feeling that to make it there, you must be willing to sacrifice being ethical. It is a very poisonous culture that treats people like output, nothing else.
