SharkNinja is a great company to work for if the fit is right. The culture and pace is not for everyone, so be sure to have a healthy sense of personal awareness and do your due diligence to understand what success looks like here. In my opinion, the company is doing a good job recently to set expectations up front, as early as the interview process. One of the best parts of working at SharkNinja is that the team is comprised of A+ players. Everyone is motivated, smart and collaborative. They have fun and get work done, fast. Leadership is extremely smart and demanding. They motivate you to be and expect you to be; at the top of your game every day. I learned a tremendous amount in a short period of time and was rewarded for my contributions to the brands. This is a company that never sits still and has incredible product innovation, category expansion and growth numbers to show for it. If you are looking to work hard, thrive under pressure, are comfortable working without a playbook and want to learn a ton then SharkNinja will be a good place for you.
