Pros
Exceptionally smart and talented co-workers. Competitive/above market pay. The company is legitimately committed to DEI initiatives.
Cons
This is large multi billion dollar company still trying to function as if it were a start-up. The top executives micro manage every aspect of the the product development, marketing and creative side of the business. Constant churn and non-progressive feedback dominates the creative process (or should I say: lack there of a creative process). Daily redirects and constantly sprinting towards goals that are essentially moving targets. Staying up until 4am on Friday nights uploading artwork only to have to redesign said artwork and re-upload it again on Monday. Excessive running changes and rework just to appease executives. And a recent addition to the C-suite who is single-handedly destroying the morale of an exceptionally talented creative team. SharkNinja had always been a challenging place to work, but it this person has turned it into the most toxic hellscape imaginable.
