Pros
They pay well. The benefits are above average. There are some nice people. Free food.
Cons
Where to begin. The management is inept; they micro-manage, are unprofessional, unapproachable, and foster an environment of back-stabbing and unhealthy competition between functions. This is not the fun, fast-paced, opportunity filled, team oriented organization that is sold. The executive management does not care about its employees. Those who protest or even questions how things are done are deemed to not be a good fit. There is no home/work life balance. None. You will be expected to work on holidays, vacation days, be available 24/7. I have heard and seen things that are outright unethical and its only a matter of time before consequences catch up to the actions.
