Pros
There are some nice people but most don’t last very long
Cons
Two people make every decision. The CEO micromanages everything. While you may have been respected and considered talented in your previous roles here you will be shocked by how badly you are treated. Toxic masculinity at its finest and while so many people have spoken to HR nothing has been done about it.employee turnover is so bad that HR will not tell you what it is. You know it’s bad when HR tells you off the record that they agree it’s bad-and they have tried to change it, but when the company culture is negative and toxic, fueled by the one person ultimately in charge, everyone is powerless. Do not think you can change it, you cannot. There is zero work life balance. You will redo your work 5-10 times because the ceo changed his mind, not because it makes sense or is the right way to do things. If you had anxiety before it will hit levels you never knew. People talk openly about feeling physically ill before having to go into executive meetings as you hope you are not the chosen one that day to get screamed at. This is not a place to learn or grow your career. The worst part is that this is not a secret. The handful of employees who have been there for more than a year tell you openly they just learned to “deal with it”. I wish I would have listened to the warnings.
