Loved what I did - Anonymous employee Sharp Electronics (US) Employee Review

Management was a big challenge. They move people into position that don't belong there or can't so the job. They change the procedures every day. They outsource jobs to a friends company. Take two hour lunches. Do homework all day and leave early to go to school. Sleep at their desk. Come in late EVERY DAY. The HR & Ethics committee should really look at these people. They got rid of a lot of people a few years ago and to this day can't get anything under control. They are a mess
