      The people do work at providing the Sharp Experience

      Cons

      Managers do not provide growth opportunites so you tend to work aimless. You are essentially a worker bee.

      The Sharp Experience definitely drives our culture, not only in the way that we treat patients but how we treat our colleagues.       Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
