      Projects can be challenging and interesting.

      Cons

      My experience with Sharp Healthcare and my department is that it embodies the Corporate America culture - long, unproductive meetings with disinterested employees, many office politics, a culture of just "getting by" until retirement, and an overall sense of complacency in the workplace. This might suit many people, but it doesn't suit me and my personality.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
