      Great company benefits (health, vision, PTO, 401(k). etc.) Great people and staff

      Cons

      No career growth in the PT Aide position. Compensation was next to nothing for all the work. Understaffed most of the time and would work double for the same wage. PT aides are almost expendable and unvalued at times.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
