      Multiple opportunities to grow professionally, well-respected organization in the community, high-quality patient care, and very supportive executive team.

      Cons

      Being in San Diego, Sharp is located in one of the most beautiful cities in America. That fact makes it very difficult to leave and explore other options.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
