Pros
Respectful treatment of employees and patients. Top-quality, evidence-driven care. They put work into their motto and it pays off "The best place to work. The best place to practice medicine, and. The best place to receive care." By far the least toxic organization I have worked for in my 30-year career. Really great people everywhere.
Cons
Can be a grind. Heavy workloads even before COVID. Elitist admission to working in units and ER. Not every manager is great. Young, energetic supervisors might be dismissive/overlook older workers.
