      Pros

      As a new grad, it is very hard to find experience. Sharp gave me the opportunity to gain experience as an RN Extender. I have become much more confident in my skills. The nurses are so nice and help whenever they can.

      Cons

      Because of my role as an RN Extender, I am limited to what I can do as a registered nurse.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
