      Largest hospital system by volume in San Diego

      Cons

      Whatever problems you find in one hospital, you'll probably find here. Sharp doesn't do anything exceptionally well, they are pretty average.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
