      Great health insurance and dental benefits!

      Cons

      This hospital system cannot retain their experienced staff. Poor pay for San Diego. Little to no ongoing education for staff. They do not care if they have competent staff. Leadership is leaving as well. It’s the blind leading the blind.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
