Pros
Leadership educational opportunities are very good. Quarterly leadership meetings are entertaining. Health benefits very inexpensive, but it is HMO and choice is limited.
Cons
Management incompetent, which is reflected in the level of care produced by staff. Surgical services at Grossmont particularly dysfunctional. The department is very poorly run. Director has very little experience and is threatened by those who are competent, so good people don't stay.
