Losing their shine - Occupational Therapist Sharp HealthCare Employee Review

Sharp used to be the ultimate shining star in the healthcare field but with a greater focus on profit and recent pandemic, the employees are losing. Pay is less than Kaiser for sure, and the managers push for greater and greater productivity. I’m dipping my toes in other pools to make my pay better.
