      Pros

      Health benefits include vision, dental and mental health. Not too expensive for what you get in return

      Cons

      Nurses are burnt out and unload most nursing duties onto MHA’s besides charting. You will basically be a nurse without the pay and you have to do a lot as an MHA

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
