-Small hospital -Patient workload is not as heavy -NAs in Float Pool department have choice to do 8 hours instead of 12 -Being per diem allows you to choose your own schedule -I have a really kind and caring manager
Cons
-Some departments do not have a sense of community -Kind of difficult to make friends, especially if part of float pool department -Old building has really small rooms that is hard to maneuver in
