      There is a great teamwork and they do give you a lot of flexibility with working remotely. The non-monetary benefits are very competitive.

      Cons

      The pay is low for San Diego and there is not much room for growth.

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
