      safe staffing, coworkers always willing to help, I enjoy the patient population good work-life balance

      Cons

      new changes in sick time can punish employees for not going to work while sick if they do not have enough sick time accrued which takes forever to accrue for one shift

      Wonderful work environment and coworkers

      Cons

      I don’t focus on negative, just room for improvement. And I worked here in 2006 or 2007. Glassdoor didn’t give me the option to go back that far for when my employment ended. Just an FYI.
