Pros
Great friends and benefits. Had planned on a long career working at Sharp until retirement. Comfortable working environment, unless working with certain providers that think they "walk on water".
Cons
Reached out to immediate supervisor to discuss issues that were going on in the department: Was ignored. Lack of support from immediate supervisor and upper management made me walk away from unprofessional, though not illegal situations. Never dreamed I would leave the company.
