Pros
Advancement opportunities, Benefits, pay raises, some of the co-workers were friendly
Cons
There was never any instruction on how to do your job. This was a customer service/processing position. I was never given anything that gave any direction as to the process to complete the job. In fact I was not given a job aide until a week prior to being let go. If you are able to figure things out without any help, you will do well. If they like you they help you if not you wont be there for long. They keep asking how they can help. They can help by giving you a reasonable number of tasks to complete. Not by expecting you to complete the same number as co workers that have been there a year or more. Very confusing. They should have a lead with a new person from the day they are put in the unit for at least the first 1 to 2 weeks. That way a person will learn what they expect and how they can achieve those expected goals. Rather than setting people up to fail from the start.
