Pros

They actually teach you good skills if you are looking to be a base level QA Engineer. You'll get moved around a lot and there won't be high expectations of you.. until there is. Depending on location, it's the only other tech industry option that isn't help desk or a RMM company.

Cons

The skills they teach are limited and basic. They will say they grow their own and will teach you more, but then make a lot of excuses to never actually progress your skills or teach you new ones outside of what gets the job done. They preach open and honest communication without practicing it in upper management. If you complain too much you'll be told to suck it up or leave.

Pros

Free drinks and has food available to buy.

Cons

They threatened layoffs all the time. You can be hired and they are in a meeting talking about letting people go. So it is ahigh turnover rate. Owner is way too full of himself. He brags how he makes a ton of money, drove a cool car, and then tried to show off how he is a "cool guy". If you are not in the cool crowd, you will not do well. They have had problems with employees drinking on the job, they provided the beer in their fridge for people to do so. The holidays are bogus, the pay was low, and there was not any good benefits.
