Pros
The hours are long, the atmosphere is toxic and dysfunctional, but they make up for it with low pay and crappy benefits.
Cons
The company practices blatant age discrimination (in manufacturing anyway). When you hit 50, You get a target on your back. The company is in such bad shape that they are firing their "longtime/old" manufacturing people and replacing them with new college grads that they can pay less. We all know how well this usually works out too. They are not above trying to entrap/set you up, in order to fire you. Don't think that all your years of dedication, weekends and holidays, being on call 24/7, etc. will save you. They will fire you with no hesitation and then laugh about it. If this is the dynamic that you like, come on in !
