      Pros

      They pay well and promote from within and run a taught ship so that good hardworking employees have jobs. If you are lazy - this is not the place to work. If you work hard - go for it!

      Cons

      Very traditional set-up. A better family/life work balance is needed. Something to discuss before you are hired there.

      Pros

      Shaw offers a lot of opportunities for growth, great work life balance, very flexible, and has great values.

      Cons

      Very hard to get pay bumps / raises due to not having a standard annual review. They use "pay for performance" which allows them to dictate WHEN you receive a raise. Even if you're going above and beyond you really have to document every little thing you do here to argue for a raise.
