Easy work... act like care about safety
Cons
Management lack of care for floor associates, changing our schedule at last moment to fit their company needs not employees family needs... example we will be scheduled to work 6 days at beginning of week till Friday we get call/ text 30 minutes before shift says take day off eventhough already drove 50 miles to get to work only to turnaround and go back home, causing loss of 20$+ in gas... almost like China where they sleep at work so employees always on job..
