Terrible company - Truck Driver Shaw Industries Employee Review

As a driver you are micro-managed. You are nothing more than a number to management. Management supports lead associates who report every negative word said by drivers and warehouse workers. Toxic environment to work in. The pay should be higher especially NYC routes. HR never backs hourly employees. During an investigation by HR 2024/25', in which 40+ Shaw employees reported actions by senior associates (and a GM) which should have ended with terminations (per Shaw's own policies) yet NOTHING happened... not even one suspension. Favoritism? Like you cant imagine. Don't work here. Im currently looking for other opportunities.
