      Fully remote working environment: however, there is a push to bring employees in if they are within a 1.5 hr. drive from Houston Office.

      Cons

      Lack of Strong Effective Executive Leadership - Loss of 1 critical customer and lack of creativity on pricing Shaw Products and company is in dire straits. No Financial Expertise within the company. Paychecks come once a month (not twice a month) Take this job only if you are desperate for employment and accept the risk
