      Pros

      Bonuses and allowances plus there is a shuttle going home as Shell really values safety of its staff. Lastly, there's travel opportunities and career progression.

      Cons

      Not allowing work from home option even for global virtual roles as they strictly adhere to PEZA regulations which is a bit disappointing.
