      Pros

      Was given challenging work over the duration of a short internship. Left with a sense of good general overview of the upstream business. Colleagues were very helpful and interested in showing the work in their various roles. Great pay for a summer internship.

      Shell is a wonderful company to work for. They truly support your continued development and many employees have been here for 20+ years. The work culture is one that provides a feeling of true psychological safety.
