Pros
If you know how to play the 'game', you can survive in this company even without really working. Just suck up to your boss. Very pro-female which is great for me - i just need to make lots of noise, be self-entitled and the company will provide.
Cons
Poor leaders (doesn't walk the talk) Pay is not competitive I feel bad for my male peers that the policies and practices are extremely female-centric.
