Long hours and favoritism - Server/Bartender Shenandoah Country Club Employee Review

Very long hours, 4pm-1am usually with business starting at 7pm so three hours are wasted everyday They expect you to do everything for them but no reciprocation ex. Bad shifts, day shifts, holidays, and they say they will eventually make it up to. Seasonal girls are given preferential treatment and take the best shifts from the people who put in 40+ hours a week full time. Members can be very disrespectful to service staff, and also spiteful if you mess up they will complain and ask for punishment.
