Pros

There is something very special about this organization that starts at the top and filters through all levels. The executive leadership is very cohesive and clear in the direction, continued growth of the organization, what it is we are good at and how we will continue to be good at providing our product or service offerings and excellent customer service in parts of, mainly, rural America. Benefits are excellent and 401(k) plan is very generous. Leadership strongly supports the personal and professional development of the employees, understanding that our employees are our greatest asset and much continually learn, grow and develop to stay current and relevant. 10 hours of Lynda.com training is an annual Individual Development Plan component for all employees. Very fast paced environment and industry, never a dull moment and many opportunities to be a part of or lead various projects, collaborating with employees in different departments, that drive the business forward or improve how it is that we operate. Monthly all-Company meetings help ensure communication is shared with all. Salaries are very competitive and benchmarked regularly to ensure they stay competitive. No "annual performance reviews" drive a culture of regular and consistent feedback on work performance. Great environment, great people and great things happening!

Cons

The industry and company is very fast paced, so the ability to multi-task, prioritize work and communicate effectively in any medium are key skills that help employees succeed. This can be frustrating for some, but those that are able to quickly embrace change will do well here.
