Just about everything. 1. I had retired out of a 6 figure sales position with myh last W-2 over 200k and needed something to do. The base pay was abysmal at best. No accounting for years of high end sales experience. This is an entry level door to door job but the commissions were almost impossible to attain once "management" re configured comp plan and didn't allow reps into newly opened areas where build out had just finished. Over all comp at plan really capped out at 60 - 70k. if you were in a new build out it was attainable but they had us working over existing turf looking for stragglers. 2. website purchases were encouraged and I understand if the rep didn't work for the sale then they shouldn't be comped on it. My feeling was if the sale happened in my turf I should get something. Maybe 25 or 30 per websale. If the customer upgraded speed you weren't comped on upgrade. 3. Somebody said benefits were great...they suck compared to other companies of their size in NoVa.
