Great Patients and Employees But Has Internal Issues - Anonymous employee Shepherd Center Employee Review

There are serious issues within this company. Most employees in upper management that have been here for 10 years or more are known for showing favoritism amongst employees. They make comments that are clearly a display of dislike for other ethnicities when others aren't around. You cannot go to HR or other leaders in management because you will be considered a trouble maker. The problem is that this favoritism has become a systemic problem because employees below management have become aware that their leaders promote such hatred and they become a shadow of their leadership. Human Resources and Senior management are clearly aware of this issue but want to pretend like they are unaware when employees complain. The sheer number of complaints of lack of cultural diversity and the display of favoritism being commented on through this website speaks volumes.
