If you want to make a difference in people's lives, this is the place for you! What we do for our patients and family members is very rewarding and truly help them get back to the rest of their lives. The benefits are really good. Patient ratios for nursing staff (RNs and PCTs) is 1:4-5 for dayshift and 1:5-6 for nightshift. The Shepherd culture is unique, not really seen in other hospitals. People smile and say hello, and try to help each other! I want to retire here :)
