      Pros

      Shepherd Center cares about its employees -- the senior leadership is truly open door and approachable, there are lots of fun activities -- Halloween is the best!--, and most importantly everyone feels connected to the mission. I don't work directly with patients, but I know what I do has a positive impact on them and I am appreciated for my contribution.

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. It's the best place I've ever worked -- by far. You feel the positivity the minute you walk in the door and everyone you get to work with is equally committed to the patients and their families and doing their best every day.

      Pros

      Tight knit group of healthcare professionals that work together to provide the best care for patients. They cared very much and always worked hard (& paid extra money) to ensure the whole hospital is well staffed.

      Cons

      For me, it’s a long drive. Besides that, I had no complaints.
