Pros

Nothing really that I said is good about this company. I regrated the time I wasted in there.

Cons

Old, old technology. No budget for IT systems. No training. Long hours. When I lost a family member, not even a call or message to show their support, not even my manager. Then time came to terminate my position and not even a message from anyone.

-Inclusive -benefits are decent I paid $266 monthly out of my paycheck for Florida blue and had amazing coverage -

Cons

-Disorganized -Gaslit by management, when you had documents or proof they were incorrect they either wouldn’t respond / or would deflect -They would change things ; for instance we had a wrap up timer that originally didn’t beep until 5 minutes (they wanted us under two) as a company they decided to have it where the “system” booted us if we were in wrap for to long — the system ended up being management, they originally denied then admitted to it,
