This really isn't a 'con' but as with any commission based job, you are your own worst enemy; must be self inspired and goal driven.

Pros

Easy atmosphere, quick learning curve. The team is helpful and also motivated.

Cons

Not a great pay plan! Deals don’t always close. Rates are expensive. Brokers can get lower plus a full 1% plus on their commission/compensation. Leads are just worked to death!! NWA isn’t you’re friend and they own you, in their eyes! They make triple times your biggest month! Might as well go scam people out of their equity like they do!
