Not a great pay plan! Deals don’t always close. Rates are expensive. Brokers can get lower plus a full 1% plus on their commission/compensation. Leads are just worked to death!! NWA isn’t you’re friend and they own you, in their eyes! They make triple times your biggest month! Might as well go scam people out of their equity like they do!
