Pros
Excellent place to develop you electrical skill set, the classes are phenomenal! Compensation is higher than most competing employers and most of the Technicians are great to work with.
Cons
Shop Management is horrible at best! The shop Supervisor and his Assistant Managers seem to enjoy berating people in front of other employees instead of having a private council. Nepotism/favoritism is slowly eroding the patience of more qualified and senior Techs. Weekly toolbox meetings are ineffective due to the lack of management contribution. Communication from management is difficult. Its a ,"Do as I say not as I do mentality."
