Pros
Great people, culture, salary, and benefits. Teamwork and collaboration are evident from the start. Everyone I've met at this company is willing to pitch in and help out without complaint or judgement. Everyone at Sherpa 6, even executive leadership, is approachable and helpful and the work is interesting and impactful.
Cons
Part of the growing pains of a fast-growing company is that the workload can be overwhelming, especially in the beginning. Onboarding is short and shallow, so be prepared to hit the ground running!
