Pros

The latest you will be there is 6pm.

Cons

Customers demand you tell them about esoteric paints you’ve never heard of and the computers have no system to actually look them up unless you memorize a 12 digit code for each product or remember if it is loxon or lxn or if there’s a pi in front of what you’re searching for they want you to do sales calls, truck inventory, customer service with a smile, tint hundreds of gallons of paint for rush jobs over the phone the rep drops on you out of nowhere that “has to be out first thing tomorrow” and your thanks for all of that is a 50cent raise after a year if youre lucky.

Pros

Leadership training, flexible schedule if your store has the necessary staffing, 401k match

Cons

If you don't have staffing then you are required to work weekends consistently, Sales calls requirements keep getting higher and higher, incompetent corporate leadership. Pay is based on 44 hours worked weekly for assistants(48 for Store managers; leaves room for less work/life balance
