Pros
Benefits 401k and travel once or twice a year, paid for. People from managers down are typically really cool. Bonuses are sort of uncapped. So if your single and have the time, you could make $$
Cons
District managers are puppets and will hire a fresh out of college kid with no clue on the company cutler, over a knowledgeable vet. Your just a number and you must drink the kool aid to be successful and liked by upper management. If your a manager of a store, you will be taken advantage of without thanks. You will be micromanaged and have no say on what goes on in your store. DM’s vp’s all live in a fantasy world were small cities will magically produce 10’s of thousands of painters every year, for you to go out and find. Which you will have to do a year end plan for the next year based on stats that you have gathered on 25-30 new prospects. You will be belittled during these presentations if what you’ve done does not fit their criteria. Oh, it’s in front of 15-25 people, too. Not including the dm’s. That’s about all I can think of.
