Pros
Salary, bi-yearly merit reviews. Medical, Dental, Retirement, Paid-Training. Always someone who can teach you something you don't know. Vacation days and flex time (sick time). Opportunities for growth as they mostly promote from within, but you will have to show dedication for it.
Cons
Poor work-life balance if you are at a store with minimal employees. Assistants are required 44 hrs and may have stuff come up outside of that to pick things up from other stores. Will often work weekends and sometimes have to make up for multiple job roles depending on your store. Due to how the hours are laid out at some stores, you may end up sometimes working more than 6 days before getting a day off sometimes if there are only 2 employees at a store.
